| Our Engineered Liquid
Ring Vacuum Systems typically incorporate liquid ring vacuum
pumps in
combination with vacuum boosters and/or air ejectors.
These systems deliver higher pumping speeds at deeper vacuum,
and are particularly well suited for applications in the process
industries, especially those in the 10-125 Torr (13-165 mbar)
operating range. |

Booster-Liquid
Ring Vacuum Systems extend
the capabilities of the liquid ring vacuum pump by adding
a vacuum booster at the inlet of the liquid ring vacuum
pump.
This supercharges the vacuum pump and reduces the pressure
on the inlet side of the booster. Flow ranges extend to
approximately 2000 CFM (3400 m³/h) with vacuum levels
approaching range of 1-10 Torr (1.3-13 mbar) |
 |
Booster-Booster-Liquid
Ring Vacuum Systems take the above concept
a step further by adding a second vacuum booster at the
inlet of the liquid ring vacuum pump. This increases flow
as high as 6000-8000 CFM (10200-13600 m³/h), with vacuum
levels in the range of 1-2 Torr (1.3-2.6 mbar). Cut-in
points for the boosters can be adjusted to optimize system
efficiency
and energy
savings. |

Booster-Air Ejector-Liquid
Ring Vacuum Systems incorporate a venturi
ejector at the liquid ring vacuum pump inlet, through which
sealant liquid is forced, reducing the pressure on the
ejector inlet. A mechanical vacuum booster supercharges
the ejector, affording deeper vacuum than can be achieved
with either mechanical boosting or air ejection alone.
Flow ranges extend to approximately 2000 CFM (3400 m³/h)
with vacuum levels of 0.1 Torr (0.13 mbar) |
